It’s not mandatory. I provide my own teaching material and practice exams, although I can recommend supplementary books if you prefer.
Our aim is to offer maximum flexibility and reschedule classes whenever possible. We normally apply a charge of 50% when the cancellation is made with 24 hours’ notice, and the full fee when the notice period is shorter.
